BEC & The Art Effect: Intro to Advertising

 

The Black Excellence Community is collaborating with The Art Effect's summer media program. We've partnered to add Introduction to advertising as an addition learning component to their growing media program. Over the summer students worked to create promotional materials for our 2022 Gala. BEC will also sponsor a trip to NYC for the entire group to visit one of New York's top advertising agencies. During the trip the students will talk to award winning creatives and production staff to learn about advertising and how the skills they've learned during their summer with The Art Effect can be valuable in the advertising industry.
