Black Excellence Community Inc, was established to provide opportunities and scholarships specifically for Poughkeepsie High School students and the surrounding areas. With the help of volunteers, we have been able to assist several high school students further their education through college and vocational certifications. We encourage all up coming Poughkeepsie High School seniors to apply and wish you absolute success with your collegiate goals.
